Platform Compliance and End-User Undertaking Statement

In order to comply with the Export Control Law of the People's Republic of China, the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Export Control of Dual-Use Items, the Radio Regulations of the People's Republic of China, the Provisions on the Administration of Radar Radio (for Trial Implementation) and other applicable laws and regulations, and to safeguard national security and the public interest, any user who purchases goods supplied by Hunan Nanoradar Science and Technology Co., Ltd. or its subsidiaries (hereinafter the "Company") through this platform (hereinafter "you") shall read and agree to the following terms in their entirety. Placing an order, making payment or actually using the goods shall be deemed your acceptance of, and undertaking to comply with, all the terms of this Statement.

I. Procurement and Use Undertaking
You undertake that the goods purchased will be used solely for lawful and compliant civil purposes and that actual use will be consistent with the declared end use. You shall not use the goods for military purposes, for the design, development, production or use of weapons of mass destruction or their means of delivery, for terrorist purposes, to interfere with or disrupt the order of radio communications, or for any other purpose that violates the laws of China or the laws of the place where the goods are used. You shall provide true, accurate and complete information on the end user and the end use, notify the Company in writing without delay of any change to that information, and, at the request of the State export control authority or the Company, issue end-user and end-use certificates and cooperate with any verification.

II. Export Control Compliance
You shall not export, re-export, transship or transfer the goods, directly or indirectly, to any country or region to which export is prohibited or restricted under the laws of China, nor supply the goods in any manner to any importer or end user that has been placed on the Control List or the Watch List by the State export control authority, or to any other entity or individual whose transactions are restricted under the laws and regulations of China or under international treaties to which China is a party or has acceded.
Where the goods are controlled items, you shall not, without the permission of the State export control authority, change their end use without authorization or transfer them to any third party.
Where you resell or distribute the goods, you shall review the end-user identity and the end use of downstream customers, require them to give a written undertaking consistent with the core terms of this Statement, and, upon discovering that the end user or the end use has changed or may change, immediately cease delivery and notify the Company in writing.
Non-compliance with end-user or end-use management requirements may result in the entity concerned being placed on China's export control Control List and in the relevant transactions being prohibited or restricted.

III. Radio Regulation Compliance
The radar equipment and other radio transmission equipment sold by the Company within China have obtained type approval for radio transmission equipment in accordance with law, or qualify as micro-power short-range radio transmission equipment prescribed by the State, and their operating frequencies and radio-frequency technical specifications conform to State requirements. You shall not require the Company to supply equipment that fails to conform to such requirements, shall not alter the operating frequency, transmit power or other technical specifications of the goods without authorization, and shall not make any modification, addition or circumvention that may alter radio-frequency parameters.
Where you establish or operate radar radio stations within China, or use radar radio frequencies, you shall apply for a frequency use licence and a radio station licence in accordance with law (except for equipment that is not required by law to obtain such licences), regularly maintain the equipment, ensure that performance specifications remain compliant, and refrain from causing harmful interference to radio stations lawfully established and operated; in the event of interference, you shall immediately cease use and take measures to eliminate it. You shall manage the security of radar detection data in accordance with law and shall not use the goods for any illegal or criminal activity. Where you use the goods outside China, you shall, on your own initiative, ascertain and comply with the radio regulations of the destination country or region (including equipment certification and frequency use licensing), and you shall bear all liability arising therefrom.

IV. Liability and Consequences of Breach
Where your breach of this Statement (including the provision of false information, unauthorized change of end use, improper resale, illegal export, or improper use of radio transmission equipment) causes the Company or this platform to suffer any investigation, penalty or loss (including direct economic loss, administrative fines, loss of goodwill and reasonable costs incurred in dealing with such matters), you shall bear full liability for compensation. The Company shall be entitled to suspend or terminate immediately its sale of goods or provision of services to you, to cancel the relevant orders, and to pursue liability for breach in accordance with law. Where your conduct is suspected of being unlawful, the Company shall be entitled to report it to the regulatory authorities and to cooperate with investigations, and any loss that may be caused thereby shall be borne entirely by you.

V. Effect
This Statement takes effect on the date on which you check the box to agree, place an order, or actually use the goods. Its effect is independent of any transaction between you and the Company or this platform, and it shall not lapse upon the completion, rescission or termination of any transaction. This Statement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes arising from this Statement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the people's court having jurisdiction at the place where the Company is domiciled. Where an update of laws or regulations causes an individual provision of this Statement to be inconsistent with a mandatory provision, the laws or regulations shall prevail and the remaining provisions shall remain valid. Matters not addressed in this Statement shall be governed by other applicable laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and by international treaties to which China is a party or has acceded.
